Shipping Policy:

If you must arrive immediately, select local vendors or provide the correct address when placing your order. We will dispatch products to Shopify addresses. After making a purchase, if after 30 days you have not received anything, please contact us, as we have repeatedly said that shipping takes time. We'll try our hardest to address any problems you might be having with the products. Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with the products. Return and Refund Guidelines: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. The cost of the return shipment will be borne by the customer. Only products that are unused and still have their original packaging and tags will be accepted for return. Once the return has been examined, we will complete the reimbursement. Average Order Processing Time: Our staff will keep you informed (Monday - Friday) when processing your order. We will send cleared payments by Friday or the following business day (Monday or Tuesday).

Usually, we need to know the carriers' transit times. The carrier supplies this information; weekends and holidays are not included. There may be variations in the duration of transportation, especially during periods of high demand or severe weather. Additionally, processing times exceeding two to three days may need lengthier delivery schedules.

WARRANTY Changing a Parameter: If the product is defective as a result of normal wear and tear or if it is faulty as a result of misuse, abuse, carelessness, improper application, installation, operation, poor servicing, or use of illegal parts, this warranty does not cover it. Replacements are only necessary once. The customer bears the expense of delivery if they require a warranty repair.

You will be refunded if you bought parts from us.

From Monday through Friday, our staff will inform you while your order is processed. Orders that have payments processed by Friday will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday, the following business day. We have no control over carrier transit time frames because the carrier gives us this information, which does not include weekends or holidays. Any processing time frames more than two to three days may require additional delivery time frames. Transport timings may vary, particularly during peak hours or inclement weather.

GUARANTEE Swapping Out a Standard:

Suppose the product is flawed due to normal wear and tear, usage, abuse, carelessness, poor application, installation, operation, improper servicing, or unapproved parts. In that case, this warranty does not cover it. Replacements are an isolated incident. The customer bears the expense of delivery if they require a warranty repair. You will be reimbursed for parts purchased from Rev Car Parts, and shipping and handling fees will be waived.
