How Do I Track My Package?

Tracking numbers are typically
available within 2 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS after placing your order. All tracking
numbers are emailed to the address provided during the purchase. You can also
track your order on our website using your order number and email address.

When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?

Ground orders are generally
delivered in 3 to 7 business days. Some orders may take longer. Truck freight
orders usually take 7-12 business days. Overnight and 2-day delivery are not
guaranteed. Orders placed on Friday for overnight delivery will be delivered on
Monday, excluding holidays.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We do not accept order cancellations, as we
start processing orders promptly after placement.

Can I Change My Order?

Order changes are not possible. If you
entered an incorrect address, contact the shipping company when you receive
your tracking number. For additional parts, place a new separate order.

Part of my order needs to be included. What do I do?

Fill out the
form on our website, and we will contact the warehouse. Allow extra time for a
response.

How Do I Return a Part or Core?

return policy.

Request an RMA number within 30
days of purchase through "Manage My Order" or by submitting a support
ticket. Refrain from returning opened electrical and electronic parts.

How Should I Ship Back My Return?

Return items with a shipping
carrier providing insurance and a tracking number. Make sure you write the
correct RMA number clearly on the shipping box's outside.

When will I get my RMA number?

The majority of RMA numbers are provided in 2-4 business days.
Your RMA number and return instructions will be emailed. Contact us if you are
still waiting to receive it within five business days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We only ship within the United States,
excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and international

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Provide a

I Am Missing Hardware. Can You Send Me the Missing Piece?

We do not
offer hardware or replacement parts. Return the entire part or purchase missing
hardware locally.

What happens if I refuse my order?

Inform us via a support ticket.
Refunds for refused orders may take longer (1 to 3 weeks).

I have yet to receive my package, but my tracking number shows it wasdelivered. What should I do?

Contact us or the shipping company to track
delivery. Check around your property and with neighbors. It takes around 30
days for claims to be resolved.             

What if my part fails?

What type of warranty does my part have?
Most parts come with a one-year Limited Warranty. Faulty parts return decisions
follow the manufacturer's rules. It is advised to have a Certified Automotive
Technician install it.

What if my part arrives damaged?

Refuse the package due to damage
and inform the driver immediately. Contact us within 24 hours for damaged
claims.

How long do part refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 14
business days or less. Credit card refunds may take 2-5 business days to
reflect.

Do you offer exchanges or replacement parts?

No, all products must
be returned and reordered.

And if I send back my part
without obtaining an RMA number? Provide a valid traceable return tracking
number. It will come with a credit.

My part broke while I was installing it. Can I return it?

Returns
are not accepted for parts damaged due to incorrect installation.

I utilized some of the hardware, so I would like to return my item. CanI return it?

Returns are not accepted for parts missing parts, hardware, or
instructions.

I received my repair manual, but I don't like it. Can I return it?

Manuals cannot be returned if opened.

I installed my part. Can I return it?

All items must be in new,
resalable condition. Used, installed, or disassembled items cannot be returned.

My part is defective. Will you pay for the damages?

We do not cover
expenses resulting from the installation of a defective product.

My part needs to be corrected. Do you pay for damages?

We do not
cover expenses resulting from the installation of an incorrect product.

I ordered the wrong part; who covers the cost of shipping back?

We
do not offer return shipping reimbursement. The customer prepays all returns.
